The Sales Onboarding Program Manager will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of a global onboarding experience for new sales hires. This role ensures that team members quickly ramp up, gain deep product and market knowledge, and contribute effectively from day one. You will collaborate across Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement teams to create engaging, scalable learning experiences that drive performance and retention. By leveraging data, feedback, and creative learning approaches, you will refine onboarding programs to optimize impact. This role provides the opportunity to influence the development of high-performing GTM teams while shaping the global sales onboarding strategy in a fast-growing, innovative environment.
路 Design, implement, and evolve a scalable onboarding program for new sales hires across multiple regions and market segments.
路 Partner with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement to align content with go-to-market strategies.
路 Develop blended learning experiences combining instructor-led sessions, self-paced learning, and interactive formats.
路 Continuously evaluate program effectiveness using data and feedback, iterating to improve ramp time, retention, and performance.
路 Establish KPIs and dashboards to track onboarding progress and business impact.
路 Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners to maintain relevant, actionable content.
路 Facilitate onboarding sessions and foster engagement within the new hire community.
