Sales Team Lead/Manager In Italy

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales leader to take ownership of daily sales operations within a fast-paced, fully remote environment. The role focuses on driving execution, managing performance, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets across both inbound and outbound teams. You will play a critical role in translating high-level objectives into measurable daily outcomes, while coaching and empowering team members to perform at their best. Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily activities of inbound and outbound sales representatives, ensuring alignment with targets and priorities.
  • Drive performance against key metrics (daily, weekly, monthly), ensuring consistent achievement and continuous improvement.
  • Implement, standardize, and enforce sales processes, workflows, and outreach strategies for maximum efficiency.
  • Provide real-time coaching through 1:1 sessions, call reviews, and live feedback to improve conversion rates and sales effectiveness.
  • Oversee CRM usage, ensuring accurate data tracking, pipeline visibility, and that no leads are overlooked.
  • Balance inbound lead management with proactive outbound prospecting efforts to support sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate closely with senior sales leadership to execute new initiatives and share on-the-ground insights.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Team Lead or Sales Manager role within a high-volume sales environment.
  • Proven experience managing both inbound (lead conversion) and outbound (prospecting and outreach) sales teams.
  • Background in e-commerce, startups, or product-based industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong execution mindset with a hands-on approach to performance management, metrics tracking, and process improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive, as well as sales engagement platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to provide clear, constructive, and candid feedback.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced global environment.
  • Availability to work across US Eastern and Pacific time zones.
