The ideal candidate brings at least 5+ years of experience in equipment finance, commercial lending, or a related financial sales environment. You possess a strong understanding of the equipment leasing landscape and the value proposition of financing solutions for both vendors and end customers. You demonstrate proven success in sales negotiation, deal closing, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Strong relationship-building skills are essential, with the ability to develop trust across manufacturers, dealers, and internal underwriting teams.
