Senior Manager, Commercial Marketing - Remote

Accountabilities

• Develop go-to-market strategies to increase revenue across key categories.
• Lead commercialization of new products, ensuring effective messaging and execution.
• Create a comprehensive sales training ecosystem aligned with field competencies.
• Design and oversee specialty selling certifications in various dental sectors.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for training and adoption.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements based on performance insights.

Requirements

• Experience in sales strategy, commercial marketing, or sales enablement roles.
• Dental and healthcare industry experience is preferred.
• Proven track record in developing and delivering sales training programs.
• Ability to simplify complex information into actionable tools for sales.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills using performance metrics.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI and sales enablement tools.
