Senior Strategic Account Manager - Remote

Accountabilities

  • Drive growth by upselling products and services within Key Accounts.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Retain customers by demonstrating clear ROI.
  • Facilitate strategic meetings with customer stakeholders at director level or higher.
  • Own and maintain strategic Action Plans for all Key Accounts.
  • Participate in industry conferences and local market events.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce documentation and comply with operational processes.
  • Collaborate across departments and contribute to coaching and team culture.
  • Engage in cross-functional initiatives, receiving positive feedback from customers and internally.
  • Utilize deal reviews to enhance win rates and accelerate deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in healthcare, focusing on clinical or technology solutions.
  • Subject matter expertise on products and market trends.
  • Superior communication skills in various formats (oral, written, presentation).
  • Strong analytical skills for measuring and reporting on ROI.
  • Effective collaborator with experience in working with senior leaders.
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 20%.
