Vice President, Enterprise Sales

The Vice President, Enterprise Sales will lead and scale a high-performing enterprise sales organization across Central and Southern Europe, driving new revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships. This role offers the opportunity to oversee a talented team of Regional Directors and Enterprise Account Executives while directly influencing strategic sales initiatives. You will define and execute the regional revenue strategy, manage complex enterprise deals, and foster key partnerships, ensuring consistent overachievement of targets. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, marketing, and channel partners to maximize market impact. The position combines leadership, strategic execution, and commercial acumen, providing broad influence across multiple markets and industries.

Accountabilities

  • Lead, recruit, develop, and retain a world-class team of enterprise sales professionals across the region.
  • Define and execute regional revenue strategies, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and growth milestones.
  • Drive disciplined pipeline generation through field sales, marketing, channel partners, and sales development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, focusing on value realization, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Oversee commercial operations, including forecasting, partner management, and deal execution on high-value contracts.
  • Serve as Executive Sponsor on strategic enterprise deals, engaging with senior stakeholders (CISO, CIO, CTO).
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize demand generation, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution.

Requirements

  • Proven second-line sales leadership experience, leading enterprise sales teams focused on new business acquisition.
  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quota in SaaS, security, open source, or cloud markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams responsible for multi-million ARR targets and closing complex enterprise deals ($200K+ ARR).
  • Strong "hunter" mindset with experience driving pipeline creation, demand generation, and consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, Force Management).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills; able to influence senior executives and multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with strategic channel partnerships and enterprise sales ecosystems.
