Account Executive

The Role...

  • Full ownership of the sales cycle — from identifying leads to closing deals — with a focus on mid-market fitness operators
  • Lead on the opening up of new markets and growth opportunities
  • Delivering compelling product demonstrations that communicate value to senior stakeholders
  • Developing and executing creative sales strategies that consistently exceed targets
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align messaging and optimise marketing-generated leads
  • Staying on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to help refine positioning and product roadmap
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline through a mix of inbound and outbound activity
  • Maintaining accurate records and forecasting via Salesforce
  • Becoming a trusted partner to potential clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions

The Person...

  • 4+ years of direct B2B software sales experience, preferably within SaaS
  • Experience selling business management or operational platforms into fitness or wellness industries is highly desirable
  • Comfortable managing a blend of high-velocity and complex mid-market deals
  • Proven ability to uncover customer pain points, map out solutions, and close with executive alignment
  • Skilled in product demos, presentations, and consultative sales techniques
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and highly organized
  • Comfortable working remotely and autonomously within a collaborative team culture
  • A natural relationship-builder with exceptional communication skills and commercial instincts
