- The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting commercial proposals, and managing new accounts

- The Account Executive will also be responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to contribute to the company's growth

- Requires at least 5 years of professional experience in the Human Resources field, preferably in sales or related areas
- Proficiency in CRM software and experience in interacting with various stakeholders during the sales process
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proactive and pragmatic approach to in-person sales and client meetings
- Solid knowledge of the temporary work sector and ability to manage sales cycles of 3 to 6 months
