Job Description

Your mission at JobTeaser: As a Business Development Representative, you are part of our sales team and take on a key role in lead generation and qualification. You are the first point of contact for potential customers and lay the foundation for our sales success.

Your tasks:

  • First point of contact: You awaken the interest of potential customers and conduct needs analyses.

  • Relationship building: You establish close contacts with companies and convey a positive first impression of JobTeaser.

  • Active prospecting: With creative email and telephone campaigns, you specifically target new companies.

  • Research & identification: You find the right contact persons and identify potential partner companies.

  • Teamwork: In close cooperation with our sales professionals, you forward qualified leads that are then developed into customers.

  • Product know-how: You know our diverse products and services, including their prices, and can present them convincingly.

  • Bring creativity: With your ideas, you find new ways to excite companies about JobTeaser.

Qualifications

What do you bring?

Most importantly: You are a true communication talent, open, clear, and convincing. Ideally, you have already shown this in a first work experience. We are not looking for a shy personality, but someone who, with creativity, openness, and energy, inspires.

  • Hunter mentality: You have a knack for business development and enjoy discovering new opportunities.

  • Numbers affinity: You like to track your results and are happy about measurable successes.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit: You work independently, think along, and bring innovative proposals.

  • Language skills: You speak fluent German and English.

  • Education: You have at least a bachelor's degree or are close to completing your studies.
