Key Account Sales Manager

The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting, positioning, and placing the company's electronic security services and sensors available in the catalog. They will be in charge of prospecting new clients and creating new business opportunities through the knowledge and reach of the product portfolio. They will seek to meet customer needs through leadership, timely attention, and the placement of new products and solutions.

They will be responsible for new business sales through the development of proof of concepts, consultative sales, and specifications with our client. This will generate growth in the business of Johnson Controls Security Products Intrusion in the NOLA region. Among their functions is the follow-up on opportunities, support cases ensuring the best service, attention, and continuity of business. Develop commercial product presentations focused on the needs of different verticals and develop assertive strategies to expand the market share of our products.

How will you do it?

  1. Develop sales processes with our global accounts and prospects to develop.
  2. Work constantly as a team with the different departments of the company, seeking the execution and delivery of projects on time.
  3. Develop consultative sales, adapting to the needs of the client.
  4. Seek to generate growth in the Johnson Controls market.
  5. Seek to generate new opportunities for the sale of Electronic Security Services through the company's Intrusion catalog.
  6. Conduct prospection of opportunities with the final client with support and accompaniment in the specification of JCI Security Products products.
  7. Rely on your CRM Salesforce platform to report your prospecting and sales processes, seeking clarity for all involved.
  8. Seek to introduce new products to your clients.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Business Administration, Security or Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related fields.
  • Advanced Office skills.
  • Negotiation skills and drive to achieve results.
  • 5 years of previous experience in Sales of Electronic Security Services and Sensors (Home Automation and/or Home Automation) in the Retail sector and/or as a Key Account Manager.
  • Clarity in concepts of shrinkage, how to detect it and mitigate it.
  • Conversational English indispensable.
  • Availability to travel in the Mexican territory and abroad.
  • Valid passport.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Power BI.
  • Experience working with electronic security systems.
  • Knowledge of Johnson Controls products (IQ (Formerly Qolsys) - Visonic – DSC).
  • Experience in developing alliances with telecommunications companies.
