Inside Sales Consultant Service
As an Inside Sales Consultant Service (M/W/D) you are the central interface between our customers and the technical service. You recognize potentials, develop suitable offers and accompany the entire sales process – from the inquiry to the follow-up.
- Creation and follow-up of service offers with the help of a selection/offer tool
- Identification of customer needs and upselling opportunities
- Close cooperation with the local service team for inventory assessments and price advice
- Review and approval of offers according to internal guidelines
- Maintenance and documentation of all activities in Salesforce / Service Max
- Cost control and recalculation to ensure profitability
- Active support of existing and new customers with a focus on long-term customer retention
Your profile – what you bring with you:
- Bachelor’s degree or completed training in a technical or economic field
- Several years of experience in sales, technical sales or customer service
- Secure handling of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce or Service Max)
- Technical understanding and interest in service products
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Communication skills, team spirit and customer orientation
