Join our Inside Sales team and lead a group of high-performing sales professionals to accelerate growth, optimize pipeline management, and achieve outstanding results.

As an Inside Sales Team Leader, you will be to drive revenue growth within our building solutions and services business, supporting customers across systems such as HVAC, Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire, and Security solutions.

You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Inside Sales professionals, while ensuring strong commercial performance and process excellence. In this role, you will oversee opportunity management, pipeline development, and closing activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience across the entire sales cycle.

How you will do?

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear objectives and individual sales goals, managing team workloads, priorities, and performance to ensure consistent delivery against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Track, analyze, and manage key KPIs such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales activity, ensuring visibility, data-driven decisions, and ongoing performance improvement.
  • Drive effective lead management by ensuring timely qualification, follow-up, and progression of opportunities through the sales funnel, while supporting pipeline creation and early-stage opportunity development.
  • Foster strong alignment and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Field teams to maximize business opportunities and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain high standards of customer communication and engagement across the team, ensuring professionalism, responsiveness, and value-driven interactions.
  • Ensure accurate CRM usage and high-quality data management to support forecasting, reporting, and operational excellence.
  • Lead regular team meetings, 1:1s, and performance reviews, providing feedback, guidance, and support to enable individual and team success.
  • Promote consistency, efficiency, and continuous process improvement across the team, optimizing workflows and sales practices.

What we look for?

Relevant experience in Inside Sales, Sales Operations, or Sales Team Management, ideally within a B2B or service-driven environment.

Proven leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and drive high-performing teams.

Strong ability to manage targets, performance, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions.

Data-driven mindset, with experience using CRM tools and sales metrics to monitor performance and support decision-making.

Proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Experience in a technical, industrial, or service-based environment (e.g., HVAC, Building Solutions, Fire & Security, or similar) is highly desirable.

Strong customer focus, with a solution-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Ability to work both strategically and operationally, balancing team leadership with hands-on involvement when needed.
