You present our products for the emergency services, fire departments, and police sector
Together with interested parties and customers, you develop tailored solutions based on our product range
You enjoy short trips and direct customer contact
You handle customer inquiries, create custom quotes, and calculate them independently
You determine customer requirements and take over the technical consultation in collaboration with internal teams
You actively maintain and track projects in our CRM system (Salesforce.com)
You conduct negotiations and work closely with the order processing department
What You Bring With You
Completed training as a business administrator for IT system management or comparable qualification with a technical background
Customer and service orientation is a given for you
Experience in the emergency services sector (BOS) and affinity for IT solutions
Several years of experience in proposal writing is desirable
Knowledge of Salesforce and ES-Office is a requirement
Fluent German and good English in writing and speaking
Good MS-Office skills
Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a focus on quality
