Internal Sales Representative

Pendix GmbH, headquartered in Zwickau, Germany and part of the Johnson Electric Group, is an innovation leader in the e-bike industry. We design, manufacture, and market cutting-edge e-bike drive systems and complete electric cargo bikes, combining engineering excellence with outstanding product reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Providing telephone and written customer support and processing inquiries
• Supporting the order management process
• Creating new customer profiles and maintaining customer master data
• General administrative tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing mail

Requirements:

• You are currently enrolled as a student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Languages and Business Administration, or a comparable degree program
• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Confident use of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• A reliable, structured, and self-driven working style
• Strong team spirit, openness, and motivation to contribute to shared success
