- A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in commercial and/or industrial refrigeration. - A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required, demonstrating a strong background in sales processes. - The candidate should have a deep understanding of advanced principles of commercial and/or industrial refrigeration. - Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships and effectively communicating with customers.
