As our Account Executive for the DACH region, you'll play a central role in scaling JOIN's commercial success.
You'll drive growth across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria β working directly with companies of all sizes, from SMBs to enterprise clients. This is not just another sales role β it's an opportunity to become part of our DACH team, shape go-to-market strategy, and directly influence JOIN's revenue growth, customer retention, and product adoption.
Your work will directly drive JOIN's growth and customer success. Here's what that looks like:
You'll work directly with Sales Leadership and collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams to support customers across their entire lifecycle. You'll be part of a collaborative, feedback-driven culture that values clear communication, shared ownership, and continuous learning.

You're a builder, not just a doer. You want to contribute to the growth strategy in your territory. Fluency in German and strong English communication skills. 2β3 years of experience as an Account Executive or SDR/BDR, ideally in SaaS or Tech. Confident presenting and consulting via phone, video, and in-person meetings. Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline. Comfortable owning targets and driving strategic client development. Reliable, proactive, and self-driven with a growth mindset.
