Job Title

In this role, you will drive Performance Coatings sales by building strong customer relationships, winning new business, and maximizing value from existing accounts. You will focus on achieving sales targets, improving margins, and ensuring timely collections, while contributing to market share growth and overall profitability. This position will be based in Dhaka and will be reported to the Yard Fabricator Applicator Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Develop and manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor projects, deliveries, and painting progress to ensure high-quality coating performance.
  • Promote Jotun products and solutions through regular visits, presentations, and follow-ups to secure project specifications to meet sales targets.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support when required.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments in line with agreed terms to manage outstanding receivables.
  • Participate in sales meetings to stay updated on targets, products, and market trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably a B.Sc., from any university.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) with excellent communication and writing skills.
