About the Role:
As a Partner Account Executive for the LATAM region, you will play a critical role in driving JumpCloud's growth by managing the full lifecycle of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) partnerships. This hybrid role is responsible for both acquiring new MSP partners and managing and expanding existing accounts. Reporting jointly to the Partner Account Executive Manager and the Partner Account Management Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring partner success across the region. This position requires regular travel to engage with partners and drive business objectives.
Purpose: You will directly impact JumpCloud's expansion in the fast-growing LATAM market by building and nurturing the MSP partner ecosystem that delivers our platform to countless organizations.

Achieve Quarterly New MSP Partner Acquisition Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets for signing new, qualified MSP partners in the LATAM region. Success will be measured by the number of signed partner agreements and their initial pipeline contribution.
Drive Revenue Growth and Product Adoption in Existing Accounts: Increase revenue from your managed partner accounts by conducting regular business reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, and driving deeper adoption of the JumpCloud platform within the partners' client bases.
Master and Execute the Full Partner Sales Cycle: Effectively manage the end-to-end sales process for new MSP partners, from initial prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing. Success involves building a robust pipeline and demonstrating proficiency in discovery, product demonstration, and closing techniques.
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to identify and prioritize high-potential MSP prospects.
Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of potential MSP partners.
Collaborate with the Partner Account Management team to create and implement growth plans for existing partners.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and account management activities in the CRM.
Represent JumpCloud at industry events and partner meetings, requiring travel within the LATAM region.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, from technical staff to executive leadership.
Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts to management.
Where you'll be working/Location:
This role is an on-site role in the country of Mexico. You must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico to be considered for this role. This in-person role is based in the Mexico City metro area and requires team members to spend a few days each week in the office. Our office is located in the Reforma area of Mexico City. Language: JumpCloud® has teams in 15+ countries around the world and conducts our internal business in English.
