Accountant Sales & Banking Operations

Our JYSK Shared Services Centre is expanding its Shared Finance Center team and is looking for someone who wants to combine solid accounting experience with development in an international environment.

The Sales & Banking Operations department ensures accuracy and timeliness of financial settlements – from reconciling sales and recording payments to reporting financial operations across multiple countries. This is a team that combines accounting expertise with a modern approach to processes.

Your tasks:

  • Reconciling cashier reports and verifying sales data accuracy.
  • Reconciling sales with financial and payment systems.
  • Recording bank statements and reconciling account balances.
  • Reconciling e-commerce sales and monitoring sales platform revenues.
  • Reconciling employee expenses, including corporate card delegations.
  • Preparing and making payments to contractors and employees.
  • Collaborating with the sales and controlling departments on financial data reconciliation.
  • Participating in month-end closing processes and preparing financial reports.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Service B2B department.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting (preferably in AR).
  • Has a finance, economics, or related education.
  • Is fluent in English at least at B2 level.
  • Is comfortable working in ERP systems (SAP is preferred).
  • Is accurate, independent, and collaborative in a team.
  • Wants to develop and influence the processes in the Shared Services Centre.
