During your 9 to 12 months in the graduate program, you will go through various areas within the sales team and get to know the workings of a modern retail company. After completing the program, you will join a permanent sales team responsible for sales and marketing in one of our JYSK countries.

Your tasks include selecting items for print and marketing campaigns, pricing, assortment management, and competitive analysis.

During the graduate program, you will have the opportunity to visit other JYSK countries to attend meetings and conduct competitive analysis. You can expect 15 to 20 travel days per year.
