We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in Busnago, Italy. This is a part-time position of 30 hours per week, ideal for those who want to develop their career in a collaborative and customer-oriented environment. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a fundamental role in supporting our business activities, ensuring smooth interactions with customers and contributing to the success of our team through efficient and organized work methods.
Required: High school diploma or equivalent, Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills, Strong organizational and time management skills, Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, Customer-oriented problem-solving approach, Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Preferred: Previous experience in retail or commercial environments, Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Experience in sales reporting and data analysis, Knowledge of product lines or specific products in the industry, Certification in customer service or sales support (if available), Multilingual skills beyond Italian and English
