The recruitment process at JYSK:
We process applications on an ongoing basis and complete the recruitment when we have found the right candidate. We always hold interviews – and for some selected functions, you can expect to be sent a video interview where we want to hear more about your motivation for the job you are applying for. For some positions, we also send out a behavior analysis that we use in our preparations for the interview to ensure the best and most relevant experience for both you and us. We do not use behavior analysis for selection, only for interview preparation.
