YOUR ROLE AT JYSK

You will go through different areas within the sales team over 9 to 12 months and get to know the workings of a modern retail company. After completing the program, you will join a permanent sales team responsible for sales and marketing in one of our JYSK countries.

Your tasks include selecting items for print and marketing campaigns, pricing, assortment management, and competitive analysis.

During the graduate program, you will have the opportunity to visit other JYSK countries to participate in meetings and conduct competitive observations. You can expect 15 to 20 travel days per year.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business-related field or a commercial qualification with initial professional experience
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Affinity for numbers and an analytical approach
• You work proactively, results-oriented, and structured within a team
• Good Excel skills
