We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team on a 1099 contract basis. This role is for an experienced professional who has a proven track record in business development within the staffing industry and comes with an established network of contacts and a strong Rolodex.
We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Development Representative to generate new business, bring in requisitions (reqs), and secure meetings with hiring managers. This is a performance-based role, with monthly pay and lucrative incentives for each qualified req. Success in this role is based on your performance, and we're looking for someone who can prove their value within the first 30 days.
