The Role As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you'll be stepping into a new role for our EMEA Enterprise Sales team. You'll be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing relationships, and booking meetings for our Account Executives, as well as helping to lay the foundation for a scalable outbound engine. This role reports to the Manager, Industry Sales. It's a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact and grow your career. As you demonstrate success, there's a path to taking on more responsibility and, over time, moving into a full-cycle sales position.

This position can be located in Oslo, Norway or Copenhagen, Denmark.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Proactively engage with enterprise-level organizations (2000+ employees) across EMEA through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other tools. This includes both cold outreach to new customers as well as converting new leads or free users.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential opportunities to support the growth of our customer base and ensure a consistent flow of high quality meetings for the Account Executives.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and manage a pipeline of warm and cold leads, coordinating closely with Account Executives to progress opportunities and convert interest into revenue.
  • Account Research: Map out target accounts and personas across EMEA, analyze usage data, and tailor strategic outreach efforts and compelling messaging accordingly.
  • Product & Market Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Kahoot!'s product suite, value proposition, and positioning within the broader learning and communication space.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the wider Sales team on pipeline generation initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
  • Event Participation: Represent Kahoot! at relevant industry events and conferences to generate leads and expand your network.
