✨ About The Role
- Responsible for developing and managing a team of up to 4 quota-carrying Commercial Account Executives
- Ensure high activity levels, daily prospecting, pipeline growth, and achievement of monthly/quarterly sales revenue targets
- Coach, mentor, and provide rapid conflict resolution to the sales team
- Drive development of sales processes, procedures, and organizational goals
- Monitor and track sales individual performance, strengths, weaknesses, and provide clear evaluations and developmental steps

- Minimum of 5 years exceeding targets at a SaaS company with at least 3 years of sales management experience
- Proactive in understanding technology without waiting for explanations
- Competitive nature with a passion for building, refining, and growing
- Expert consultative seller able to navigate complex organizations and sell to individual pain points
- Strong organizational, analytical, and Excel skills with attention to detail
