Regional VP of Sales
The Regional Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading Xerox's sales strategy and overseeing all aspects of sales performance, client engagement, and market expansion. This executive role provides visionary leadership to the sales organization, drives revenue growth, and positions Xerox as a trusted technology partner for clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Sales Leadership
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales organization, ensuring alignment with Xerox's overall business objectives.
- Inspire, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
Strategic Market Expansion
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to expand Xerox's footprint across key markets.
- Identify and pursue high-value growth opportunities, including new contracts, partnerships, and strategic accounts.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior executives, procurement leaders, system integrators, and strategic partners.
- Represent Xerox as an executive thought leader at industry events, forums, and with key stakeholders.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to ensure predictable growth and performance.
- Partner with internal functions (marketing, legal, technical teams, service delivery) to design tailored IT and managed services solutions.
- Guide the team through complex sales cycles and contracting processes to accelerate deal velocity.
Market & Industry Insights
- Stay ahead of industry trends, technology innovations, and market dynamics.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that drive competitive differentiation.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the IT or technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth and building/leading large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise sales cycles, contracting vehicles, and IT modernization initiatives.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and executive-level reporting.
Preferred
- Established network with senior decision-makers and system integrators.
- Experience navigating complex compliance and contracting requirements.
- Proven ability to position IT solutions such as cloud, managed services, and digital transformation initiatives.
