IdeaTek is looking for a Residential Sales Representative focused on outbound calling and engagement. You’ll primarily reach out to households by phone, introducing them to the benefits of fiber internet, answering their questions, and helping them choose the right service. You’ll also support occasional community outreach, such as local events or neighborhood promotions. Your role is all about making meaningful connections, understanding each person’s needs, and helping them take the next step toward better internet.
A Day in the Life
Your day begins with reviewing your outreach list and prioritizing follow-ups. You’ll spend most of your time on the phone calling households in newly available service areas, following up with past contacts, or answering questions about service options. You’ll document each interaction in the CRM and coordinate with internal teams to ensure every customer has a smooth experience. Occasionally, you’ll help at local events or support marketing campaigns, giving you a chance to meet people in person and build awareness in the community.
