- Responsible for managing leads and opportunities, demonstrating the value of Karbon's platform, and leading technical demonstrations to optimize prospects' firms
- Drive outbound engagement and call activity to expand the portfolio of prospects, securing meetings with decision-makers
- Create and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate and timely updates in Salesforce/Gong
- Demonstrate how Karbon's value proposition aligns with clients' requirements through a consultative sales process
- Additional incentives focused on performance including President’s Club Trip, Rep of Month, Quarter, and Year

- Experienced sales professional with a track record of exceeding quotas in selling SaaS solutions to small and medium-sized businesses
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, leveraging modern software tools to automate tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong team player with a self-motivated and results-driven work ethic
- Demonstrated consultative and value-driven sales approach with a focus on building strong business cases for clients
