- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in AdTech, particularly with a solid understanding of programmatic advertising. - A strong enthusiasm for sales and marketing is essential, along with the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands or strategies. - Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for success in this role. - The candidate should be a highly motivated team player, capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients. - Having existing industry relationships and a drive to expand one's network would be advantageous.
