Director Of Sales & Operations Nassau, Bahamas | Relocation Offered

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on director of sales & operations to lead our retail showroom, finance operations, and distribution center in Nassau, Bahamas. This leader will drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and an exceptional customer experience while leading a team of 5–8 sales associates, guest services, and operations staff. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys building strong teams, optimizing operations, and implementing innovative ideas that drive results.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales and guest services team
• Oversee daily operations across showroom, finance, and distribution
• Drive sales performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Partner with leadership as a collaborative co-leader to implement strategic initiatives
• Identify and implement creative solutions to improve processes and revenue
• Manage sales, order fulfillment, and delivery logistics

Preferred experience:

• Retail leadership with strong sales and operations oversight
• Experience managing teams in showroom, customer service, and distribution environments
• Strong communicator with an innovative, solutions-focused mindset
• Experience with storis/encompass or dispatchtrack preferred
