Accountable for the sales success of the Bancassurance Regional team, ensuring they achieve annual sales targets.
Provide training and oversight for the Regional Bancassurance sales staff and other sales channel staff within the region.
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, develop, and execute appropriate tactical moves to improve performance in the region.
Research and develop new sales opportunities, providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans within the region.
Manage performance and talent development to sustain a highly productive sales force and develop an internal talent pool.
Serve as a subject matter expert to a range of business partners across the business channels. Ensure business retention is within acceptable levels.
Champion Binder products, Systems adoption, leads management, Sales Campaigns, arrange and conduct customer seminars for business promotion, product awareness and market update.
Responsible for the Life insurance sales, adequate allocation of sales staff, productivity and integration into the banking sales teams.
Any Other Role as may be assigned from time to time.
Education and Skills:
Bachelor's degree from a university recognized by Commission for University Education Kenya.
Diploma in Insurance (AIIK or Dip CII).
Master's degree will be an added advantage.
5 years' experience in Bancassurance Sales or in a business development role.
5 Years sales management experience in Life and non-Life Insurance.
