Wanted: Service Professional With Kitchen Expertise And Heart For Our Customers!

We are looking for people who listen, take responsibility, and find solutions – and thus contribute to the smooth operation of kitchen assembly.

Because: Our service does not end with the sale – we are also there for our customers during and after the assembly. This is where you come into play.

You are the first point of contact when it comes to coordinating around the assembly, clarifying open questions, or processing a complaint. With your expertise in the kitchen area, you find solutions, manage processes, and ensure that our customers feel well taken care of.

You become the interface between customers, assemblers, logistics, and internal teams – with organizational talent, clear communication, and real team spirit.

Tasks

  • Assembly Planning: You organize and manage the dates of our kitchen assemblies.
  • Complaint Management: You take on customer concerns, find solutions, and accompany the entire process – technically sound and service-oriented.
  • Interface Work: You are the link between logistics, assembly partners, planning, finance, and customer service.
  • Ensure Quality: With your kitchen knowledge, you quickly recognize where there is a need for action and decide what is the best solution for customers.
  • Expand Network: You strengthen and expand our network of assembly and logistics partners.

Qualification

  • Expertise in the kitchen area – e.g., through training as a carpenter, kitchen salesperson, kitchen assembler, merchant in the furniture trade, etc.
  • Several years of professional experience in a relevant field (e.g., kitchen or furniture industry, customer service with a technical focus).
  • Joy in making customers happy – even when something doesn’t go perfectly.
  • Organizational talent, communication skills, and the ability to work solution-oriented.
  • Secure handling of MS Office, digital affinity, and very good German language skills (native level). English language skills are advantageous.
