This position is remote, however, due to frequent local travel requirements, applicants must reside in the Dallas, TX area.
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving profitable growth within an assigned territory. They are responsible for influencing agents to sell Kemper Auto and execute on the company's sales strategy while supporting business initiatives that drive long term profitable growth.
The range for this position is $77,100 to $128,500. When determining candidate offers, we consider experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location among other factors. This job is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and Kemper benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, etc.)
This position is a field role and requires travel throughout Dallas TX area.
