Your Tasks

As a Sales Manager, you will take on the following tasks:

  • In the MICE area, acquire new customers and support our existing customer base for the markets assigned to you.
  • Support the active sale of hotel rooms and events.
  • Independently organize (planning, execution, follow-up) of sales trips, sales activities and FamTrips.
  • Participate in trade fairs and customer events.
  • Support and qualify room and event inquiries from your customer base.
  • Creation of contracts for our preferred partners.
  • Independently conduct house tours.

Your Profile

Experience in luxury hotellery

Sales experience, ideally in a comparable position

Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a winning appearance

Assertiveness and self-confidence

Independent working style, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset

High motivation and goal orientation

Negotiation-safe German and English skills in speech and writing

High willingness to travel

About Hotel Taschenbergpalais Kempinski Dresden

The Taschenbergpalais was built in the 18th century by the famous Saxon Elector Augustus the Strong for his mistress Countess Cosel. Destroyed in the Second World War and rebuilt in 1995, it now combines historical splendor and contemporary elegance. The Palais am Taschenberg has 180 rooms and 32 suites and offers culinary excellence in five very different and unique restaurants, cafes and bars. In addition to a spa lounge, there are six conference rooms of different sizes with a fantastic view of Dresden's historic city center. In our Kurfürstensaal we welcome our guests to balls and gala dinners.
