Sales Program Coordinator

Kent Worldwide is seeking a Sales Program Coordinator to join our team! This role manages the division's sales programs, designed to support all Kent Nutrition (KN) branded products across all segments of our business. This role involves analyzing, optimizing, and developing a book of programs aimed at growing branded KN products. This position is in essence the "Product Manager" of KN Sales Programs and will be responsible for programs that are involved with product families, dealer and fleet channel, brand promotion, and other growth programs.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for financially analyzing current programs for relevancy, working with sales teams and customers to determine Return on Investment to KN and the business need for program rewriting, developing programs across all business/sales channels to drive business and KN Customer loyalty.
  • Discontinuing of existing programs that do not meet ROI and expected performance to the company or customer.
  • Work with sales team members to execute all new business programs and conduct an annual review of the program goals, metrics and purpose.
  • Working with internal and external customers to define their needs and goals in order to create effective solutions to meet their requirements and needs Programs include: Sales Channel Programs, KN Loyalty Programs, New Business Incentive Programs, Dealer Awards/Incentives, Dealer Loyalty Programs, Feed Trial and Product Requests, Sales Toolbox Funds, Brand Support Spend, and all other determined programs that drive business goals across Dealer Sales, Fleet and Retail Sales, Company Owned Stores, and Direct Sales.
  • Train and promote sales and customers on KN programs, relevancy, and value provided to both parties.
  • Utilize CRM to process Feed and Product trial spend, conversion, ROI and report to business for future budgeting and sales planning.
  • Report out monthly and quarterly metrics to show program spending and business impact.
  • Plan dealer awards trip to include program qualification parameters, promotion of trip with sales teams and dealers, work with travel vendors on details, execution of trip plan.
  • Demonstrate business acumen by consistently evaluating marketing effectiveness and return on program spend.
  • Calculate and pay out monthly and quarterly incentives to customers in timely manner within 3-5 business days of financial information becoming available.
  • Budgeting: Responsible for the administration of the division's annual program plan which includes budget planning, monthly reviews, and correcting incorrect expenses
  • Work with external vendor and marketing team to supervise the division's internal webstore websites for branded apparel and novelty items for colleagues and customers.
  • Organize program information in concise manner, easily available to all sales and company employees.
  • Execute and track new account set up process between sales, customer, and internal departments. Review account information and update system with current email, etc.

Education, experience and/or qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, sales, communication or related fields
  • Experience in a marketing, sales or related industry role.
  • Experience working in the agricultural industry - experience with commercial, lifestyle, or companion animals preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and able to use related project management software for project management.
  • Mature leadership skills including the ability to lead large cross-functional teams.
  • Financial and analytic skills with the ability to take action upon review of data.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills; sales presentation experience ideal.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

Travel expected: As needed to work with sales and customers on program building and promotion. Not to exceed 10% of time.
