We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Engineer to support our plate and frame heat exchanger product line. Looking for candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude, common sense, and proven experience in industrial and/or HVAC/technical sales. You will serve as a critical point of contact for customers and the outside sales team, helping to specify, quote, and manage the delivery of heat exchanger solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
• Bachelor in Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in inside/outside sales, technical sales, or customer service within an industrial setting.
• Familiarity with mechanical equipment or thermal systems is a strong plus.
• Comfortable reading basic technical drawings and interpreting specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Preferred Traits:
• Practical, solution-focused mindset.
• Able to communicate clearly with both technically-minded engineers and procurement buyers.
• Willingness to learn the thermal/mechanical basics behind our products.
