We are currently seeking a Regional Mortgage Sales Manager that develops and executes plans for the achievement of mortgage sales volume in their assigned markets through traditional retail channels. The Regional Sales Manager leads and directs the daily management of Mortgage Market Sales Managers along with their own individual team of Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs). They are responsible for recruiting and hiring loan originators, coaching and training, along with establishing and monitoring individual and team production goals. The Sales Manager oversees pipeline management and works in tandem with Compliance, Risk Management and Secondary Marketing to provide effective oversight of all compliance and investor policy adherence.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 7-10 years of residential mortgage or related work experience; 3-5 years of sales management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively hire, train and develop staff. Experience with direct home lending models, including digital platforms. Demonstrated ability to lead a sales management team and to direct the work of mortgage loan originators, including setting and monitoring production expectations. Knowledge of industry products, policies, and procedures, underwriting requirements, conventional and government loan requirements, mortgage operations, and regulatory compliance.
