Kings Volkswagen is looking for a professional to fill the newly created position of Automotive Sales Assistant. This position will work alongside our Sales Consultants to help our customers. Duties include greeting customers, registering visitors in the computer in our CRM, locating cars for test drives, and demonstrating the electronic features of their purchased vehicle. This individual must be comfortable using a computer for data entry as well as uploading information into our computer system. Applicant must be detail-oriented and efficient in order to prepare the necessary paperwork for timely completion of a customer purchase. The Automotive Sales Assistant will also help our Sales Managers with general duties.

This is a great career path to learn how the Sales Department works on a daily basis with the potential of becoming a successful salesperson in our dealership. Organizational skills, a neat and clean appearance, and a friendly personality are a must for this position. Compensation is salary plus bonus.

You Provide:

• 1 Yr. of current / recent customer service including waiting on customers, administrative, or marketing experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Ability to work 5-day work week as assigned
• Computer literate per past employment
• High school graduate; college or vocational training a plus but not required
• Satisfactory employment references
• Pass background check
