Sales Advisor Position

The Balenciaga boutique in Florence is looking for a Sales Advisor to join the Sales Team.

Your responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting customers, supporting other salespeople, restocking and organizing, and managing local and international clientele by offering product and brand advice.

In this role, you will represent Balenciaga's behaviors and actively engage with customers.

Your contributions will include:

  • Achieving sales objectives in line with the company's strategy
  • Using effective sales techniques to maximize the boutique's business potential and provide excellent customer and after-sales service
  • Helping to build a positive work environment and a team based on sharing information and best practices
  • Maintaining behavior that conforms to Balenciaga's service standards, image, and values
  • Promoting the brand culture internally and externally and ensuring excellence in the customer experience
  • Collecting and updating customer information to ensure efficient use of the CRM and Client Book and developing the customer portfolio
  • Supporting compliance with company norms and procedures

You should have:

  • Previous experience in assisted sales within fashion, luxury, and leather goods contexts
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities
  • Sensitivity to the product, good knowledge of market and fashion trends, and a focus on commercial results
  • Flexibility, openness, curiosity, listening skills, and stress resistance
  • A predisposition for assisted sales and teamwork
  • Proficiency in digital skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English
