✨ About The Role
- Responsible for growing the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and scheduling first calls/demos for account executives
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to become a trusted member of the SDR organization
- Utilize multi-modal prospecting techniques including email, phone, and video to qualify prospects based on their business challenges and needs
- Become an expert at sales and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoominfo
- Meet or exceed qualified lead/demos quota every month and continuously improve the sales development process
⚡ Requirements
- Successful outbound sales experience of 1-2+ years, with a track record of winning new business and a focus on customer acquisition
- Ability to effectively communicate with decision makers such as General Counsels, CISOs, and data privacy leaders
- Strong organizational skills, disciplined follow-through, and the ability to manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree required, with a competitive yet collaborative, energetic, and focused mindset
- Willingness to learn, open to feedback, desire to be coached, and ability to quickly implement new sales techniques
