Business Development Executive

We're an international media company, looking for a talented business development executive to join our international sales team.

The role involves generating sponsorship revenue for a portfolio of large and innovative business events. The successful candidate must be passionate about working in the event sponsorship space.

The position involves:

  • Driving the commercial development of virtual and face-to-face events
  • Selling sponsorship packages for B2B events across the APAC region
  • Applying Key Media sales methodology to close deals
  • Developing long-term relationships with event sponsorship clients
  • Pitching and tailoring sponsorship opportunities to clients
  • Cultivating new business opportunities and managing existing accounts

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of proven success in business sales, ideally in events or sponsorship sales, but we're also keen to hear from candidates with backgrounds in media, advertising, or other consultative sales environments.
  • Energetic, resilient, and results-oriented, with a real passion for the events industry. We value self-starters who show initiative and are eager to learn and grow with us.
