We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Specialist / International to join our expanding International sales team. This role will be reporting into the Inside Sales Account Lead.
Role
Support Inside Sales with sales and customer service support
Understand customer needs and build long-term relationships
Support International Regional Sales Managers as well as BDM, with all internal aspects and customer responses
Liaise with Internal Departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless customer service including Supply chain meetings
Liaise with Customs Team in EDC
Track and monitor shipments, ensuring service levels are met.
Communicate with customers, providing updates, quotes and pricing as well as General Enquiries.
Keep up to date with the new product launches, promotions, and company initiatives
