We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Specialist / International to join our expanding International sales team. This role will be reporting into the Inside Sales Account Lead.

Role

  • Support Inside Sales with sales and customer service support

  • Understand customer needs and build long-term relationships

  • Support International Regional Sales Managers as well as BDM, with all internal aspects and customer responses

  • Liaise with Internal Departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless customer service including Supply chain meetings

  • Liaise with Customs Team in EDC

  • Track and monitor shipments, ensuring service levels are met.

  • Communicate with customers, providing updates, quotes and pricing as well as General Enquiries.

  • Keep up to date with the new product launches, promotions, and company initiatives

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Be motivated with a can-do attitude

  • The ability to build rapport and trust with customers

  • A proactive, positive and enthusiastic attitude

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

  • Capable of learning and adapting in a fast changing environment

  • Highly organized and can demonstrate attention to details

  • Deliver excellent customer experience that build brand loyalty

  • Work as part of a collaborative team to meet and exceed targets

  • Learn directly from senior mentors through tailored coaching and training

  • Contributing ideas to improve team processes and campaign performance

  • Take on more responsibility as your skills and confidence ability grow

  • Prior experience in a busy multi channel customer role a bonus
