- The candidate will coordinate executive business reviews and maintain customer satisfaction while ensuring the accuracy of the CRM system.
- A deep understanding of Kiln's products and their benefits is necessary to effectively communicate with prospects and customers.
- The role requires building an extensive Web3 and Institutional network and maintaining meaningful relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- The candidate will actively contribute to adapting sales materials to fit regional specificities.

- The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of enterprise sales experience within the IT/software industry, demonstrating a strong background in managing sales pipelines.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Blockchain/Crypto company is essential, showcasing familiarity with the industry.
- The candidate should possess a proven track record in negotiation and closing deals, particularly with C-level executives.
- A passion for blockchain and cryptocurrency is crucial, as the candidate must stay informed about key trends and developments in the industry.
- The successful individual will be a self-starter, highly organized, and possess outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, with additional language skills in Korean or Japanese being a plus.
