At Kinzler Construction Services we're expanding our presence in the Omaha, Nebraska market and looking for a Insulation Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and guiding projects from the first handshake to completion. This role blends consultative sales with account and project management, giving you the opportunity to own your market while delivering solutions that customers trust.

What You'll Do
- Grow the business: Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and cultivate relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners.
- Build your book: Expand existing accounts and develop a personal network of trusted partners. Candidates with an existing book of business-or proven ability to build one-will thrive here.
- Sell with confidence: Provide quotes, proposals, and product recommendations that solve customer challenges, while negotiating pricing and terms.
- Manage the project journey: Partner with customers from sale through project completion-ensuring safety, communication, and satisfaction at every step.
- Stay ahead of the market: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and vendor products to bring fresh insights to your clients.
- Drive profitability: Meet and exceed sales targets, support receivables follow-up, and provide valuable feedback to branch leadership.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3+ years of sales experience in construction, building products, or a related industry.
- Strong networker with proven success in building (or bringing) a book of business.
- Confident communicator and negotiator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resourceful-you know how to open doors and close deals.
- Comfortable navigating job sites, reviewing specs/blueprints, and recommending solutions.
- Tech-savvy enough to manage email, scheduling, and CRM tools.
- Valid driver's license required (company vehicle may be provided).
