Business Development Bij Still

Business development at STILL means excelling in digital, development, and desk account management. With your commercial skills, you will map the market of prospects and close deals with existing and new customers. In this role, you have a direct impact on the growth of STILL in the Netherlands and Belgium.

As a business developer, you are part of the business development team. It is your responsibility to map the market of potential customers. You search, find, and target (warm and cold) leads based on inbound and outbound marketing campaigns. You will have all the confidence and freedom to show entrepreneurship. And you are the first point of contact for potential customers. In addition, you are responsible for the process guidance from lead to order. You will be supported in a professional manner by the business development specialist with whom you also collaborate.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Identifying and qualifying prospects, key decision makers and finding out their needs and budget;
  • Following up on inbound leads through various tools such as phone, email, and social channels;
  • Independently closing deals with existing and new accounts according to sales flow management® process;
  • Realizing cross-selling and upselling with existing accounts;
  • Qualifying leads and making (demo) appointments for your colleague (key) account managers;
  • Conducting online advisory discussions with influencers and decision makers with potential customers;
  • Sales funnel management and correct follow-up in CRM.

Profile:

  • A bachelor's degree in a commercial direction;
  • 2-5 years of experience in a commercial (sales) inside service role or similar;
  • Commercial drive and working with targets is familiar to you;
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills;
  • Experience with cross-channel approach, through the use of multi-channel marketing.
