Coordinate each of the elements that make up a project, ensuring that it is well specified and fulfilled.
Define the commercial strategy together with the Sales Manager.
Identify and analyze leads that come from the commercial network (direct or indirect).
Attend to the portfolio of clients through face-to-face visits, calls, or any other channel.
Play a consultative role to define the best automated solution according to the customer's needs.
Make visits to customers and collect the necessary data for the technical team to carry out the technical study.
Design and conceptualize projects for the automation of logistics processes.
Collaborate with the technical team for the study and definition of the solution.
Make customized budgets for each project.
Make the technical-economic project offer document.
Negotiate and close projects, managing the different objections and opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project phase and after sales.
Develop and build long-term relationships with customers and guarantee their satisfaction as a trusted collaborator.
Collaborate with other departments (Projects, Finance, After Sales, etc.) for the realization and closure of commercial proposals.
Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects and follow up on each one.
Ability to work with Distributors and direct customers.
Availability to travel up to 50%.
Bachelor's degree or engineering degree or minimum of 6 years of experience in the sale or management of intralogistics automation solutions. Mandatory experience in automation projects and logistics processes.
