Sales Representative

Kitchen Tune-Up Broadview Heights is hiring a Sales Representative to join our team offering kitchen remodeling and cabinetry updates across the western Cleveland suburbs and the surrounding communities. We offer our clients many different services from cabinet restoration, painting, refacing and new custom cabinets.

The person hired will be extremely coachable, have drive and empathy, have courage to try new things, be a consistent learner, and have a willingness to train and adapt. Understand that their main job is to close sales.

Job Duties:
- Follows-up on all leads within 24-hrs of initial contact and enters info into CRM system
- Maintains consistent flow of communication with clients throughout the entire process, from initial contact to qualification to completed project
- Creates outside leads apart from those generated by franchise's own advertising
- Qualifies clients and gathers information on all job-related products in order to make an in-home presentation
- Determines customers preferences and quotes services based on kitchen layout and design with the goal of creating a sale
- Takes "before" photos of all jobs for sales and marketing purposes
- Collects and processes customers' payments
- Meets with the installer at the job site prior to start of project to cover all necessary details and ensure accuracy
- Meets with customer at project completion to inspect work, collect final payment, take "after" photos, go-over post-completion packet and present final thank you gift
- Must be able to work at least one Saturday a month
- Always asks for the sale and business
- Work the showroom at least one day a week
Skills and Requirements:
- Able to work flexible hours and staff Home Show booths
- Must be enthusiastic, dependable and present a professional demeanor suitable to working in our clients' homes
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Smartphone and computer-proficiency
- Must have a valid US driver's license
