Account Executive
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive with experience in business development, government contracting, or IT staffing services. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with government-focused clients, driving revenue by identifying strategic staffing and consulting opportunities, and positioning our organization as a trusted partner for technical solutions in the government sector.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing client managers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Understand client project needs, define technical resource requirements, and propose qualified consultants accordingly
- Work closely with DSA and CS teams to ensure alignment between client needs and talent solutions
- Educate clients on market trends, rate data, and skill demand to build trust and position the firm as a strategic advisor
- Maintain accurate CRM records, document key client activity, and monitor consultant usage trends and project timelines
- Facilitate contract terms, start dates, and billing arrangements for each consultant placement
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
- 3–7 years of experience staffing for Government Contracts/Government agencies through PRIME contractors
- Prior experience working with significant system integrators providing IT consulting/services to the government
- Understanding of Cleared Requirements/Cleared Resources
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with GovWin, ZoomInfo, or similar tools is a plus
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and work all hours necessary or required
