We are a growing adtech B2B technology company that provides programmatic advertising products and solutions to agencies, media-tech groups, and enterprises to simplify and scale their online advertising across multiple channels (Programmatic Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) powered by our proprietary AI engine – KAIROS.
The Head of Sales will own revenue growth in North America. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will both close deals personally and build a high-performing sales team and process. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with product, and customer success to drive predictable growth.
We are now seeking a Head of Sales to build and lead our US sales function, drive revenue growth, and position the company for its next stage of scale.
Duties & Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership
o Own quarterly and annual revenue targets.
o Deliver accurate forecasts (±10%) and commit to results.
Sales Leadership
o Lead and coach a team of Account Executives, SDRs, and Sales Engineers.
o Establish sales quotas, comp plans, and performance metrics.
o Run weekly pipeline reviews and ensure accountability.
Go-to-Market Strategy
o Work with team to refine ICP.
o Drive an outbound sales motion targeting 6–7 figure ACV deals.
o Refine / develop playbooks, sales scripts, objection handling, and ROI tools.
Execution & Scaling
o Personally close strategic enterprise deals.
o Build and scale SDR/AE hiring plan as pipeline grows.
o Implement disciplined sales processes in CRM (Salesforce).
Collaboration
o Partner with Marketing on ABM, events, and demand generation.
o Collaborate with Product & Engineering on customer feedback and roadmap influence.
o Work with Customer Success to ensure post-sales expansion and NRR > 115%.
Board/Investors Interactions
o Present pipeline, forecasts, and growth strategy to leadership and investors.
General
o Develop critical understanding of advertising clients' business, products, and business objectives;
o Cultivate good business relationship and foster excellent communication with our new and existing clients and partners through adherence to our rules of engagement;
